The onsite team will be equipped with everything required to conduct best practices for COVID-19 including;

• Recording all staff movements onsite

• Maintain social distancing

• Daily Toolboxes and Temperature Checks

• Wear Facemasks where appropriate onsite

• Hand sanitizer at the Site Desk, for all onsite to use

• Clean all equipment & MHE prior to each shift or use so it is ready for the next person

• All staff will be asked to download the COVIDSAFE App

gel’s Concierge Service programme assists with issues  arising due to the COVID-19 crisis. The programme minimised personal contact to ensure COVID Safety remains highest priority.

 

gel’s COVID-19 Support Programme includes:

 

• ipads available at service desks and other nominated locations enabling touch free service requests onsite

• 2 Representatives offering concierge service to assisting exhibitors with touch free service requests and assisting clear aisle maintenance

• COVID- 19 hygiene pack available on site supplying face masks, sanitary wipes and hand sanitiser 

• COVID - Marshall provided on site to ensure COVID safety procedures and adhered to at all times

• Online and mobile communication to minimise personal contact onsite.
